: Living in the Glen :

Naturalist staff live in one of three staff houses located on Glen Helen property. Each Naturalist has his or her own room for quiet times, and the company of other like-minded people for building a committed, supporting community.

The Glen is beautiful in all seasons, and the school-year long internship provides the opportunity to watch the Glen transform from stunning reds, golds, and browns in the Fall, to the glittering blanketed trails in the Winter, to the heralding of spring with breathtaking wildflowers and the reappearance of life in the Glen.

Living in Yellow Springs provides an added opportunity to experience a progressive, community-centered town dedicated to green living and sustainability.  Interns are welcome to bring a car during the internship, though cars are not needed in Yellow Springs as everything is within walking distance.  To explore living in Yellow Springs visit http://www.yellowspringsohio.org/.
