Watching a rehabilitated hawk or young owl fly free for a second chance at life in the wild is a wonderful experience! The Raptor Center schedules special events, such as releases, tours, photo opportunities, and close-up introductions of the birds throughout the year.

Tour the Center and meet our staff, and enjoy a special program with our raptors. We hope there wil be a rehabilitated hawk to release back to the wild. Check the website later for updates. Parking is limited, so you may wish to park at the main Glen Helen lot on Corry Street, and walk over. The program starts promptly at 2:00 p.m., so don’t miss it.

Four species of Ohio owls will be presented in this program for our Ecocampers and the public. Then young screech-owls will be released to the wild.
