Birds on Display

There are fifteen species of raptors on display, including a bald eagle. The birds kept for use in education programs are ones considered unable to survive in the wild. Individuals and small family groups may visit at no charge, but donations are welcome. Information is provided on a bulletin board and cage signs for a self-guided tour of the outdoor permanent resident cages. The clinic and rehabilitation areas are not open to the public. If there are programs or classes going on, please do not disturb them.

Scheduling a Group

Groups of 10 or more need to call ahead to schedule a program which provides an introduction to birds of prey, featuring a falcon, hawk, and owl. A tour of the display cages is also included. Call the Raptor Center for program fees, more information, or to schedule your group.
