: Birch House Rentals :
Located in the South Glen, Birch House is a space-only rental. It includes seven rooms in the main house and the surrounding grounds. All items needed for your event will need to be rented or brought in.
Fee Structure
Weekends are a three day package rental $1265.00. Storage fees of $50 a day may apply. Bookings also require a $150 Damage Deposit Fee that is refundable as long as no damage is done to the space. Security and Glen support staff is required for events hosting more than 75 people; additional fees apply.
