To begin the reservation process for the Outdoor Education Center buildings, please call Karen Moore at 937-767-7648 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. $300 is required for the first building, with $100 more for each additional building. Deposits are applied toward your total fee. They are refunded in full if 30 days prior notice of cancellation is received.
Our dormitory fees are assessed on a 24-hour basis (i.e. 3 p.m.-3 p.m.). If your group's stay extends a 24-hour period, the following list reflects the added rates for that additional time:
- 1-4 hours: $3/person
- 5-8 hours: $5/person
- 9-12 hours: $7/person
Anything after 12 hours is considered another full day.
An invoice will be mailed to you at the end of your group's stay. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. A 2% late fee will be added each month to any unpaid invoices beyond 30 days.
A 3% county lodging tax is applied to all overnight stays (exempting military). A 6.5% state sales tax is applied to all rentals (exempting non-profit organizations, in which case a Blanket Certificate of Exemption with tax I.D. number is required).
Rental groups are responsible for cleaning all rented facilities before their departure.
Rental groups provide their own food, meal preparation and cleaning. Use of kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils are included in the Lodge rental rate. Please be sure to bring your own kitchen towels and pot holders.
